Thank you for shopping with The Lexington Haus. We're committed to delivering your spa essentials in a timely and reliable manner. Please read our shipping policy below:


1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier delays.

3. Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you require international shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become active.

5. Delays & Delivery Issues
The Lexington Haus is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first. If further assistance is needed, reach out to us at info@thelexingtonhaus.com.

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. boxes via USPS. Please ensure the address is accurate at the time of order.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and any relevant photos. We'll do our best to resolve the
issue.
