Refund policy

At The Lexington Haus, your satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in curating spa quality products and want you to enjoy every item you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

RETURNS:

Due to the personal nature of many of our products, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

-Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packing.

-Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

-You must contact us at info@thelexingtonhaus.com to request return authorization before sending any items back.

-Returns must be sent back within 7 days of approval.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS INCLUDE:

-Opened or used bath, body, or skincare products.

-Gift cards

-Final sale or clearance items

REFUNDS:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment within 5-10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (ex. wrong or damaged item).

RETURN SHIPPING:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
